During the promotion period*, MTR Mobile registered users upon achieving same-day cumulative electronic spending¹ of HK$5,000 (maximum 3 receipts) at designated participating merchants in THE SOUTHSIDE (excluding Service category), and register at the self-redemption kiosk in THE SOUTHSIDE on the same day, registered users will have the chance to receive a HK$500 Prince Restaurant e-voucher². 

In addition, the top 10 MTR Mobile registered users with the highest cumulative spending³ during the promotion period will each receive “Prince Restaurant – Chinese New Year Lucky Poon Choi” (valued at HK$2,388).

²HK$500 Prince Restaurant eVoucher only available for THE SOUTHSIDE.  Please refer to Terms and conditions of eVoucher in MTR Mobile. Each registered users can redeem ONCE during the promotion period.

³MTR Mobile registered users are required to register and successfully earn MTR Points with a machine-printed sales receipt (each receipt representing a single transaction) and corresponding electronic payment slip (if applicable) or screencap of the electronic payment transaction of the transaction made within the designated transaction dates. The registration must be made no later than 11:59pm on 31 January 2026.

*The promotion is not applicable to any deposit payment, only count the total transaction amount for redemption. For transactions that must involve both deposit and balance payment, shoppers must complete the balance payment and present the original copies of merchant machine-printed invoices and payment slips of the deposit for verification. The completion date of the full transaction amount will be calculated, meaning that the date on which the full transaction amount is completed must fall within the specified promotion period.

1. Shoppers must download the latest “MTR Mobile” mobile application (If shoppers fail to download or open the app, “MTR Mobile” may not be supported by this mobile phone device) and sign up as Registered Users with email and mobile number. Each valid email address and mobile number can only be registered once only. Please download and update to the latest mobile version and operating system from time to time, otherwise, users may not be able to use eCoupon.

2. Shoppers must allow MTR Mobile to access the camera function of the device to use eCoupon. The setting can be modified in (Settings > MTR Mobile > allow access to Camera).

3. Electronic spending includes credit cards, EPS, Octopus, Alipay, WeChat Pay, BoC Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, QuickPass, Tap & Go, Faster Payment System (FPS), Payme, OpenRice pay, or other stored value facilities under the regulatory supervision of “Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance” (Cap.584). Each valid transaction should combine with electronic receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips issued at the same day. Some electronic receipts require customers to provide the records in the mobile phone device for verification.

4. Registered Users must bring along the machine printed sales receipts (each receipt representing a single transaction) with corresponding electronic payment slip (if applicable) or screencap of the electronic payment transaction and register the receipt(s) at the self-redemption kiosk on the same day of the transactions and earn the “MTR Points” successfully.  Rewards are subject to quota, and are available to claim on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last. Once MTR points are successfully earned through MTR Mobile, registered users can check the gift through “MTR Points” > “My collections” > “Valid” and use the eCoupon at participating shops of MTR Malls directly within redemption.

5. During entire promotion period, each registered user can redeem  HK$500 Prince Restaurant eVoucher ONCE. Please refer to Terms and conditions of eVoucher in MTR Mobile. MTR Malls reserve the right to amend and change concerning the eVoucher or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.    

6. HK$500 Prince Restaurant eVoucher will expire on 30 April 2026. This eVoucher is only applicable to Prince Restaurant at THE SOUTHSIDE. A max of ONE eVoucher can be used each time. Different types and values of eCoupon cannot be used at the same time.

7. During entire promotion period, the top 10 spenders in THE SOUTHSIDE will receive an eCoupon for “Prince Restaurant – CNY Lucky Poon Choi” on 2 February 2026.   The eCoupon will be available in the MTR Mobile app under “MTR Points” > “My Collection” > “Valid” and use the eCoupon at participating shop of THE SOUTHSIDE directly within redemption.  The final redemption date for the eCoupon is 28 February 2026.

8. Shoppers can visit MTR Malls website for the latest updated shop categories and participating merchants. Spending less than HK$200 are not eligible to this promotion. Upon successful registration to earn MTR Points, any remaining balance from spending that does not meet the spending requirement of promotions will not be carried over to other promotions. All submitted information, once verified and registered, cannot be modified.

9. MTR Points will not be granted on any unregistered, void, and partially or fully refunded transactions.

10. Mobile number submitted for registration must be authentic and valid. Each mobile number can only be registered by one MTR Mobile registered user. Duplicate registration of the same mobile number or holding more than one membership accounts by the same individual or by any means to hack and/or amend computer software to redeem eCoupon to spend at shop will not be accepted absolutely. MTR Malls and merchants shall have the absolute right to refuse any eCoupon(s) of such registered user. MTR Malls also shall have the right to, without any prior notice, immediately, suspend or terminate such membership, forfeit all credits earned and terminate redemption qualification including those eCoupons and eVouchers already redeemed at merchants. MTR Malls shall bear no responsibility for any loss or damages arising from redeeming or using eCoupon improperly.

11. Only machine printed sales receipts and corresponding electronic slip or screencap of the electronic payment transaction clearly showing the name of qualifying Merchants, shop address, invoice number, transaction date, transaction amount, payment information and purchased product or service items, and the name of qualifying Merchants and shop address on the machine printed sales receipts must be the same as the corresponding electronic slip or screencap of the electronic payment transaction (if applicable) will be treated as valid Receipts for earning MTR Points. Regarding spending at cinema, registered users shall upload or present their movie ticket(s) & corresponding electronic slip for earning MTR Points. All damaged or modified receipts will be forfeited.  Receipts with any of the abovementioned information being masked, any receipts of cash or cash voucher payments, photocopy of spending receipts and electronics payment cardholder receipts or handwritten receipts will not be accepted for this Promotion. Otherwise, MTR Points & eCoupon will not be granted. For verification purpose, staff at the self-redemption kiosk/redemption promotion counter reserves the right to capture the images of original receipts and electronic payment slips provided by the Registered Users. Each registered user can only provide 10 sets of receipts for point redemption each time at redemption counter. For remaining receipts, registered need to queue up again for the next point redemption process.

12. Receipts from the following shops or services or transactions are not counted as Eligible Transaction or entitled to earn MTR Points: Any non-designated electronic payment, temporary promotional booths, online shopping / takeaway order platform (including online shopping transaction which is paid at the physical shop) , online ticketing (excluding online purchase of movie tickets from Emperor Cinemas), online payment (including collect in store) or transfer, purchase and usage of gift vouchers / coupons / gift cards / stored-value cards, reload of stored-value cards (except game centre), bill payments, autopay, bank, foreign currency exchanges, insurance and value-added services, property rental and sale, domestic services, other non-retail related spending (for instance: care and maintenance services, repair services, goods delivery, dismantling services, installation services), betting, school fees, purchase of travel or transport or entertainment related tickets fees or charges, 999.9 gold and gold savings club (not including decorated gold).

13. The promotion is not applicable to any deposit payment, only count the total transaction amount for redemption. 14. For the interests of the cardholder and shopper, staff at the redemption counter reserves the authority to request the original receipts for record and verification.

15. Once redeemed gifts cannot be cancelled, refunded for MTR Points or cash. The gifts are available while supply lasts. No replacement will be made for lost or damaged gifts. Any cash vouchers or discount vouchers that may be redeemed as gifts/ rewards under the captioned Promotion shall not be redeemable for cash, and the use of such vouchers shall be further subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the respective merchants supplying such vouchers.

16. THE SOUTHSIDE makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the products, services, or information provided by Merchant and the participating merchants. THE SOUTHSIDE shall not be liable for any matters arising from or in connection with the products, services, or information provided by Merchant and/or the participating merchants. Registered users should direct any queries to Merchant and the participating merchants (where applicable). Shall there be any further existence of claims or disputes between registered users and Merchant (where applicable), THE SOUTHSIDE should be informed of such claims or disputes within a reasonable period so that THE SOUTHSIDE can make corresponding handling.

17. This program is subjected to the terms and conditions of MTR Points Scheme, should there be any discrepancy, these terms and conditions shall prevail. 18. Related agency Staff and Shops staff of THE SOUTHSIDE are not allowed to join the promotion in case of any disputes.

19. In case of any disputes, the decision of THE SOUTHSIDE management office shall be final.

20. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
