Opening hours: 7:30am – 11:30pm

Cat and dog owners can enjoy up to 3 hours of top-up complimentary parking^ when visiting THE SOUTHSIDE with their beloved pet Cat/Dog after 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday (except public holidays).

This exclusive offer makes it more convenient for pet-loving families who drive, allowing you and your furry companions to relax, take a stroll, and enjoy quality leisure time together at THE SOUTHSIDE.

^ Complimentary parking hours are valid until 23:59 on the same day. This Top-Up Parking Privilege cannot be combined with other “Top-Up Parking Privileges”.

1. The parking charge is HK$24 per hour.

2. Redemption of the complimentary parking offers must be made before leaving THE SOUTHSIDE car park by using the same payment tool to enter and exit the car park to redeem complimentary parking during the opening hours of concierge.

3. To redeem the complimentary parking offer, shoppers are required to be accompanied by their pet Cat/Dog.

4. All redemptions are non-exchangeable for cash and non-returnable.

5. The parking fee for additional hours, excluding the complimentary parking offers, will be charged on an hourly basis. Parking of less than one hour will be calculated as one hour.

6. Each pet Cat/Dog is applicable to one vehicle only. Multiple redemptions using the same pet Cat/Dog are not allowed. Should any shopper be found to have redeemed the complimentary parking privilege more than once using the same pet Cat/Dog, the shopper will be required to settle the relevant parking fee. Each vehicle is entitled to redeem the Top-Up Parking Privilege once per entry through a pet Cat/Dog.

7. In case there is, in our opinion, any fraud relating to or abuse of the complimentary parking redemption services, MTR Malls Management Office reserves the right to suspend the provision of complimentary parking redemption to such shopper until the outstanding balance of the parking fee is settled.

8. MTR Malls reserves the right to scan shoppers' electronic sales receipts and corresponding e-payment slips for internal reference only.

9. Shoppers are responsible for ensuring that the redemption is completed, and the parking privileges is successfully redeemed. Otherwise, shoppers will be required to pay for parking fee and will not be refunded. 10. For Hourly Carpark user, in the case of loss of an Octopus Card or VISA Card, they must fully settle the actual parking fee in accordance with the mall’s parking record. Any Cash Voucher, discount coupon or car parking privilege will NOT be accepted to offset the charge.

11. The complimentary parking cannot be split, transferred, refunded or exchanged for cash or cash-equivalent coupons.

12. Shoppers should follow the rules and regulations of the Car Park Service.

13. MTR Malls Management Office reserves the rights to terminate or amend the terms and conditions of Complimentary Parking without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of MTR Malls Management Office shall be final.

14. The Chinese version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these T&C.
