With Art March in the air across the city, and with the annual SOUTHSIDE ARTival about to kick off. THE SOUTHSIDE is bringing back “Explore Island South” an art-led community tour. From April 4 to 18, on three consecutive Saturdays, our professional tour guides will lead strolls of art and culture. Discover Island South’s signature spots and cultural landmarks, soak up its unique charm and creative energy, and experience how art connects the community.

The tour starts at THE SOUTHSIDE: visit Tai Wong Ye Temple to feel century-old traditions, walk Heung Yip Path for a rare city quiet, hop a small boat for a waterside ride and harbour views, explore Hung Shing Temple (250+ years) and pass the photogenic “Lung Tau”, stroll Ap Lei Chau Main Street to see murals and water-culture art, take the South Island Line to HKADC for contemporary artworks and exhibitions, return to THE SOUTHSIDE to disperse.
