THE SOUTHSIDE - Dazzling Christmas

We present the “Dazzling Christmas” holiday installations, running now through 4 January 2026. Adorned with nearly 6,000 trinkets, a 10-metre-tall starlit Christmas tree makes its debut in THE SOUTHSIDE Atrium. Its stunning layers of light, visible from every level thanks to its towering height, symbolize festive hope and blessings. The Atrium also features seven themed Christmas photo spots, ranging from gold-dusted dazzles to opulent grandeur, to deliver you to a festive stage setting! Don't miss the giant interactive crystal ball—as you approach, the changing lights of it will instantly immerse you in a magical moment of light and shadow.

10m-Tall Starlit Christmas Tree and Grand Festive Stage

With dynamic lighting design and LED animations, the Piazza's 8-metre-tall Christmas tree showcases an animated display of Santa Claus and snowmen distributing Christmas presents, giving traditional festivity a state-of-the-art spin. In the evening, marvel at the “Christmas Light Spectacular”: a festive extravaganza unfolding at scheduled times, where lights dance to the uptempo music in perfect harmony. Adding to this splendour is a big display screen featuring a 3D Christmas theme: watch as Father Christmas swooshes by in his posh red sports car, laden with gifts and delightful surprises for you!

8m-Tall Outdoor Tree, Daily “Christmas Light Spectacular” plus

On weekends and public holidays during the campaign period, the Piazza will also transform into a romantic retreat with snowy shows in regular intervals. Furthermore, the mall will host a slew of festivities on designated dates, including a Santa Meet & Greet and a Stilt-Walking Christmas Tree Parade to usher in an unforgettable winter holiday of surprises and laughter.

During the campaign period, we will also turn the Christmas installations into a magnificent festive stage at the Atrium, where a rotating lineup of stellar performances takes place. Much-loved local singers Ivana Wong and Mischa Yip, alongside children from various organizations, will warm hearts with a slate of festive shows. Through the crystalline vocals of young singers from schools and music groups, “Christmas Children's Choir Marathon” spreads heartfelt blessings with Christmas carols.
